IGT Solutions Pvt Ltd: Company Details, Office Address, Services

IGT Solutions Pvt Ltd no longer trades under that name. On 5 May 2026, the Gurugram-based outsourcing company announced it had rebranded as Atain and now describes itself as an “enterprise orchestration partner” rather than an outsourcing firm. The company started in 1998 inside InterGlobe Enterprises, the group that owns IndiGo airlines. Private equity investors have since bought and sold it twice. It reported ₹2,686.37 crore in revenue for FY2025, and the name on the government register is still IGT Solutions Private Limited.

That gap between brand and legal name matters. Offer letters, invoices, vendor contracts and statutory filings may still say IGT Solutions, while the website, press releases and signage now say Atain. Both refer to the same company.

Now Called Atain

According to the company, the new name reflects how much it has changed. Its operations have gone global, it has added capabilities organically and through acquisitions, and it now combines AI with human teams. CEO Katie Stein said the rebrand reflects both the company’s history and where it’s heading.

The website now opens with the message that IGT Solutions is now Atain. It describes two main parts of the new model:

  • Unified Hub: A system the company says monitors, predicts and redistributes work across people, processes and technology platforms.
  • Centres of skill and scale (CoS2): Delivery centres that combine domain expertise with AI.

The company also says its GenAI work follows ISO 42001, the international standard for managing AI systems responsibly.

What hasn’t changed: As of the latest public records, the legal entity is still IGT Solutions Private Limited. A brand change doesn’t require a company to change its registered name. If Atain later becomes the legal name, the company would need ROC approval, but its CIN would stay the same.

From IndiGo’s Parent Group to Private Equity

Year Event
1998 Founded by InterGlobe Enterprises as InterGlobe Technologies
January 2019 Sold to AION Capital, a joint venture of ICICI Venture and Apollo Global Management, for about $230 million
March 2019 Renamed IGT Solutions
May 2022 Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) agreed to buy 85% from AION, valuing the company at about $800 million
2023 onwards BPEA took over the remaining 15%; the company became part of the EQT group after EQT acquired BPEA
May 2026 Rebranded as Atain

A few points stand out:

  • The InterGlobe connection explains the travel focus. IGT was built inside a group that runs an airline and other travel businesses, so it developed deep expertise in airline and travel back-office work. When AION bought it, the company had more than 10,000 staff in 15 centres across 7 countries and served over 70 travel clients.
  • Apollo made a big return. Buying at $230 million in 2019 and selling at an $800 million valuation in 2022 was reported as roughly a fourfold return in three years.
  • The client base broadened. Before 2022, IGT’s travel and hospitality clients included United Airlines, Marriott, Priceline and Hotels.com. Under Apollo it added e-commerce and tech clients such as Flipkart, Myntra and Grab.
  • “InterGlobe” is no longer part of it. IndiGo’s parent group exited in January 2019. Any directory still linking IGT Solutions to InterGlobe is showing old ownership.

The Gurugram Registered Office and Older Addresses

The current registered office is 2nd Floor, InfoTech Centre, 14/2, Old Delhi–Gurgaon Road, Industrial Complex Dundahera, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.

The company’s registration history is more complicated than most, because it has moved its registered office between states. Each move to a new state gives a company a new CIN. One profile says the company has had four previous CINs. Older records you may come across include:

  • Delhi: Central Wing, Ground Floor, Thapar House, 124 Janpath, New Delhi 110001, under CIN U72200DL1999PTC098629. This record shows secretarial@interglobe.com, which dates from the InterGlobe years.
  • Pune: Unit No. 1, Ground Floor, A Wing, Business Mantri, Lohegaon, Nagar Road, Pune 411014, under CIN U72300PN1998PTC187929.

For contracts and legal notices today, use the Gurugram address and the Haryana CIN, U72300HR1998PTC136029. If a vendor form or old invoice shows a different CIN, it’s worth asking the company’s finance team to confirm the right one.

There’s also a separate company, IGT Solutions International Private Limited (CIN U74140HR2010PTC043445). It was registered on 10 June 2010, with its office at Block 2B, DLF Corporate Park, Gurugram, and has its own directors. It’s part of the same group but a different legal entity, so check which one is named on your contract.

Board, Capital and Revenue

The board has eight directors. They include Vijai Mukund Kumar Raghavan and Hari Gopalakrishnan, along with representatives of the private equity owners and senior management. Past board members named in older records include Anil Kumar Chanana, Pavan Bagai, Ratnadeep Datta and Ashish Thakur. CEO Katie Stein also appears on the board list. In total, 30 people have served as directors. The current directors hold roles in 20 other companies between them, which is typical for a board with private equity representatives.

Some key figures:

  • Revenue: ₹2,686.37 crore in FY2025, up just 1% from the year before. That’s much slower than the company’s earlier growth, and it may be one reason the owners pushed for a new identity focused on AI.
  • Capital: Paid-up capital of ₹407 crore against authorised capital of ₹470 crore. That’s large for a services company and reflects money raised during successive ownership changes.
  • Credit ratings: ICRA has reaffirmed ratings on the company’s borrowings, pointing to its long history and established travel and hospitality clients.

Services

The company’s core strength has always been the work that happens after a customer books something.

Travel Transaction Processing

This is the specialist work behind airline and travel bookings: ticketing, fare calculation, exchanges, refunds, and handling the global distribution systems (GDS) that airlines and travel agencies use. When the company was still InterGlobe Technologies, it said it had expertise in 6 GDS platforms, 30+ travel processes and 100+ travel technologies. Few outsourcing firms have this depth, so it’s a big part of why travel companies keep hiring it.

Customer Experience and Contact Centres

The company runs voice and non-voice support, including email, chat and social media, for global brands in multiple languages. When AION bought it, services already included digital contact centres, chatbots and social media support. An American retail client, Mason Brands, uses the company for English and Spanish sales and service. That relationship later expanded to IT job scheduling and AWS development support.

Technology and Digital Services

Technology services include application development and maintenance, robotic process automation (RPA), travel analytics and back-office processing. In July 2024, the company set up IGTx, a unit built with AuxoAI to develop AI tools for travel, transportation and hospitality clients.

AI-Led Orchestration

Under the Atain brand, the company is positioning itself around AI combined with human teams. The Unified Hub and centres of skill and scale are its attempt to move from billing by headcount to being paid for guaranteed results, what it calls “assured outcomes.”

The company operates from 30+ delivery centres in 13 countries with about 23,000 people. Earlier company material listed locations in India, the Philippines, Malaysia, China, the UAE, Romania, Indonesia, Spain, Colombia and the United States.

What the Rebrand Means for Clients, Vendors and Staff

Clients:

  • Existing contracts signed with IGT Solutions Private Limited stay valid. A brand change doesn’t affect the legal entity.
  • New statements of work may use the Atain brand. Check that the contracting entity and CIN are correct, especially given the several older CINs.

Vendors:

  • Keep invoicing the legal entity named in your purchase order. If Atain becomes the legal name later, you’ll get formal notice and updated GST details.
  • Check the GSTIN on purchase orders. Delivery centres in different states have separate GST registrations.

Employees and job seekers:

  • Offer letters and payslips may still say IGT Solutions for some time. That’s normal during a rebrand.
  • Hiring is mostly for travel processes: airline ticketing, reservations, refunds and customer support. GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) gives candidates a clear advantage.
  • As with any large outsourcing company, genuine offers never require payment. Apply through the Atain careers page or verified job portals.
